Zoo York is a skateboard brand that comes from New York City, deeply rooted in the city’s street culture, graffiti, and hip-hop scene. The name itself was inspired by the underground “Zoo York” graffiti crew from the 1970s, and the brand was officially founded in 1993 by skateboarders Rodney Smith, Eli Gesner, and Adam Schatz.
